sylvester stallone-4-1-1024x1024Director, writer, actor and producer Stallone was born on July 6, 1946, located in New York City. The forceps injury that caused his signature "droopy" face is the reason for his birth. A nerve was cut which caused his speech to become slurred. Stallone suffered through a turbulent childhood. Stallone and Frank the younger brother, were both impacted through the turbulent relationships between their parents, which ended up in divorce. Stallone was placed in foster care during a portion during his initial years. As Stallone was just five years old old, his father moved his family to Washington, D.C. area where he started his own chain of beauty salons. Stallone resided in Maryland for a long time, living with his father after his parents' divorce in 1957. Stallone was a struggle in both academics and emotional aspects and was expelled from several schools.
